The brief
A production outside Berlin across one weekend: build, two event days, strike. The equipment had to arrive preconfigured, because there was no time on site for network work or fault finding.
Equipment used
- grandMA3 with prepared show file and patch
- Preconfigured racks with switch, nodes and distribution
- Luminex GigaCore and LumiNode for network and DMX
- StageSmarts distribution for stage and towers
- Motorola radios for the crew on site
Outcome
The racks went live straight after connection and the build was finished on arrival day. Both event days ran without a technical failure.
